No — Royelbd's policy is clear: each person may only hold one account. If someone tries to register multiple accounts using the same mobile number, name, national ID, or device, the system will detect it automatically. If this is flagged, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses forfeited. Recovering the main balance then becomes complicated, as a full KYC verification is required.
If you already had an account and can no longer access it, do not open a new one — at the Help Center get in touch. The team can help you recover your mobile number or password. If multiple family members wish to open separate accounts using different mobile numbers and ID documents, that is permitted — however, sharing the same device may raise flags, so it's best to inform support in advance.
The minimum stake for a standard single bet on Royelbd is ৳10 (ten BDT). That means you can place a bet on any cricket or football market for as little as ৳10. Some specialist markets may have higher minimums — for example, certain high-value pre-match markets may require at least ৳50, and some live betting markets have a minimum of ৳20.
For accumulator or multi-bets (multiple selections combined), the minimum total stake also starts at ৳10, but each selection must have odds of at least 1.20.

Royelbd defaults to Bangla, but English is also available. Here's how to change the language:
On the website: At the top right of the page you will usually see a flag icon or the label "BN / EN". Clicking it opens a list of available languages. Selecting "English" or "Bengali" instantly switches the entire interface. This preference is saved in your browser, so you will not need to change it again next time.
On the App: Tap the "Profile" or "Settings" icon at the bottom of the app. Go to "Language" and select your preferred language. The change will take effect immediately.
While Logged In: You can also change the language from Account Settings, and the preference is saved to your profile — so whichever device you log in from, the interface will appear in your chosen language.

Odds are a number that tells you how much you will receive in total if your bet wins. Royelbd uses decimal odds by default — the simplest format to understand.
The formula: Total Return = Stake × Odds
Example 1: Odds 1.85, stake ৳100 → total return = 100 × 1.85 = ৳185. Here, ৳100 is the original stake and ৳85 is the profit.
Example 2: Odds 2.50, Stake ৳200 → Total Return = 200 × 2.50 = ৳500. Profit = ৳300.
What do low odds mean? Odds of 1.20 indicate that the team is considered highly likely to win, but the potential profit is low. Odds of 3.50 indicate a lower probability of winning, but a higher return if they do.
Change Format: If you'd prefer to view odds in Fractional (e.g. 5/6) or Hong Kong format instead of Decimal, you can change the odds format from Account Settings.
