These rules and terms apply to the Royelbd platform and all services connected to it. By visiting the website, opening an account, placing a bet, or making a payment, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Royelbd is an online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license. The platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes, and we do not present it as a source of income.

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

If you reach the withdrawal limit, or if Royelbd determines it necessary for security purposes, identity verification via National ID (NID) or passport may be required. Large withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Once a bet is confirmed on Royelbd, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out option is active, in which case it may be used. Before placing a bet, always double-check your selection, odds, and stake amount.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. Your bet will be confirmed at the odds available at the moment of placement — any subsequent movement in odds, up or down, will not affect bets already placed.

• If a match is cancelled entirely before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In cricket ODIs, bets will be void if fewer than 20 overs have been completed (except where Duckworth-Lewis applies).
• In a T20 match, if at least 5 overs have been completed, the result may be determined using the DLS method.
• In football, if a match is abandoned before the 75th minute, bets will generally be voided.
• In a multiple bet, if any one selection is voided, it will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will be calculated accordingly.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, Royelbd reserves the right to void the affected bet or settle it at the correct odds. Affected members will be notified as promptly as possible.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours to process.
• Depositing from another person's mobile number or bank account is not permitted.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for investigation if unusual account activity is suspected.

All bonuses and promotional offers at Royelbd are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the terms of each offer before claiming — conditions may vary between promotions.

• A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit (maximum limit applies).
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met (typically 5× to 10×).
• Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the period expires.

• Each member may claim a specific offer only once.
• Creating fake accounts or using a family member's account to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Royelbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is credited incorrectly due to a technical error, Royelbd reserves the right to make the necessary correction.

Royelbd is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination if detected.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering under a false or another person's identity in order to claim bonus offers.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Abusing bank chargebacks or initiating fraudulent payment disputes.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

At Royelbd, Responsible Betting isn't just a policy on paper — we consider it a core part of our service. We firmly believe that betting is a form of entertainment, not a means of income.

• Members can set deposit limits, loss limits, and session reminders from their account settings.
• A cool-off period (24 hours–30 days) is available for members who need a temporary break.
• You may request Self-Exclusion to take a long-term break from betting.
• Registration by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Send an email to support@royelbd.xyz and the process will be completed within 48 hours. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Additionally, Royelbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any part of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Royelbd's liability is limited for losses caused by technical issues on the platform, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures. However, where a loss is directly due to our error, we will make every effort to resolve it.
